2. Identify the service or integration involved (for example, our website, a software engagement, or a WhatsApp Business Platform integration).
3. Provide information necessary to identify the data. This may include your name, email address, phone number, business name, WhatsApp Business phone number, or other details that help us locate the relevant account, conversation, or request.
4. We will review the request and, where we process the information ourselves, take appropriate action.
5. Where we are acting on behalf of a business client, we may forward or coordinate the request with that client. If the data belongs to a client-operated WhatsApp account, deletion may depend on that client's instructions and systems.
6. Data will be deleted where legally and technically applicable, or otherwise handled in line with contractual and legal requirements.
